Oct 3rd – Zumba Fitness with Num in Bangkok!

Zumba Thailand!

Last night I went to a class with one of my favorite Zumba Instructors in BANGKOK, THAILAND!!!  It was so much fun!!  What a high energy, exciting, fun, happy class!  Thank you, Num!!  And his students are AMAZING!!  I met Num and his students when I was in Bangkok in June (with my mom!) and it was wonderful to see and dance with all of them again :)  I can’t wait to attend another class with him SOON!!!

Zumba is in Hong Kong!! – News

Hello Zumba friends!

As some of you know, I will be making another trip to Asia for work (my day job at the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University) to Hong Kong during the last week of April (don’t worry, Claire and other fabulous 24HF Zumba Instructors will be rocking your world while I am gone).  I was looking for Zumba classes in Hong Kong since I will surely be missing it with all of you!  I came across this article “Zumba Sweeping the Dance Floor” as well as Zumba classes at California Fitness.  So I’ll let you know how it goes!
