Bored with your standard sit-ups or running route? As a health intern here at Seventeen, I got to try Zumba at a New York City “Zumbathon,” hosted by Zumba’s creator Beto Perez and Today Show Host Hoda Kotb! Tons of Zumba fans came to groove and get in shape.

Thailand

Thailand!

I’m off to Thailand tomorrow morning, up early and on the 7am flight out of Palm Springs to begin the long 24 hour trip to Thailand, arriving at 11pm the next day – whew!  Good thing Zack gave me a good book, I have my ambien and my ipod (full of Zumba tunes, of course!)
