You’ll feel like you’ve ditched the workout and joined the party when you “Party Your Heart Out” at the Party Hearty Zumbathon, April 30, 2011 fundraiser benefiting the American Heart Association.  The 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. event is being held at Cheryl Burke Dance in Mountain View.  The Silicon Valley event is one of a number of Party Hearty events being held nationally.

The organizers promise “two hours of shaking it with your fabulous peeps!” and given the high-spirited fun of the local Zumba community that’s easy to believe.  Plus there is a giant floor, lots of mirrors (better to check yourself out), nightclub lighting and prizes and giveaways.  All this for a $10 entry fee.
