The ZUMBA® fitness program, with DVD sales in the millions, continues to be one of the hottest fitness programs sold online. And as of October, the Zumba program is being taught at over 90,000 locations in 110 countries across the globe.

The Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System DVD Set is currently the number one selling exercise and fitness product on with an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars in 229 reviews.

This cardio dance workout helps you shed pounds while moving to the exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue, and more on a 4 DVD set. The set contains six total workouts that will work your body from head to toe, starting with the basics and then moving to your favorite targets, such as your core, thighs, and abs. It also comes with maraca-like toning sticks to add some muscle to your body sculpting routines.

The DVDs include the following workouts: Zumba Fitness Basics Workout, Zumba Fitness 20-Minute Express Workout, Zumba Fitness Sculpt & Tone Workout, Zumba Fitness Cardio Party Workout, Zumba Fitness Live! Workout, and Zumba Fitness Flat Abs Workout.

As the story goes, fitness trainer “Beto” Perez stumbled upon the concept of Latin-inspired dance fitness in his native Cali, Colombia, in the mid-’90s. One day, he walked into his aerobics class and realized he had forgotten his aerobics music. Thinking quickly, he grabbed some tapes from his backpack, which included the traditional Latin salsa and merengue music he’d listened to all his life. The Zumba Fitness Party was soon the most popular class at his fitness facility.

Perez brought the class to the United States, and in 2001 he was discovered by entrepreneurs Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion who launched the concept nationwide on television.
