Z1 Sneaker – Zumba Shoes in the Shop! (via Zumba with Alena)

So what do you all think about the Z 1 Sneakers?

I just got my first pair and started slowly breaking them in. I have to say, they really are “as light as air” and it is really easy to dance and turn and move in them. The one downside is that there is not as much support as I would have liked, but compared to my other super heavy, clunky shoes, these are almost magical.

Zumba Cool Down Songs

Some of my favorite cool down songs for my Zumba Fitness classes!  I love songs that give you a little time for some slower dancing, then stretching and then party time.  I like to have the song still going when we all clap, cheer and end class.
