Hello Friends and Family,

Adults and Kids alike are invited to attend a super-fun dance workout called “Zumba” and help our daughter Brooke’s public school in Potrero Hill to fund sports, dance and music programs for the kids next year. I have become a Zumba enthusiast in the past year and two of my instructors agreed to give a benefit for Brooke’s school. The Zumba community is a large and loving group of folks! Their motto is “Ditch the workout, join the party!”

Zumba is set to Latin music and combines a cardio dance workout with salsa, the cha-cha, merengue and other Latin dances. It is a fun workout for all ages and fitness levels. I promise you a good sweat and a good time!

This event will be held this Sunday, April 18th, 2010.

Registration begins at 10:00am and the classes are from 10:30am-11:30am.

Adults $20, Kids $5 (ages 5+)

There will be a separate class for kids and adults.

Daniel Webster Elementary School, Potrero Hill

Please wear exercise attire and close-toed shoes.

Thank you all for coming out and partying with me on our first SATURDAY ZUMBA AND ZUMBATOMIC CLASSES at Potrero!!  It was an awesome day!
